We can use our practice to change our breath, mind, and energy levels to make better choices in life to live a more fulfilling life. Private Yoga Classes are a great way to work on your goals, receive undivided attention, ask questions, and practice yoga poses specific to your needs and physical requirements. I highly recommend we do a Transformation Practice before other private sessions to dive deep into your goals, needs, and yoga journey to support you (however, this is optional).
Sessions are held at an affiliate yoga studio (Inye Yoga, Bound Yoga). They can also be held online (Zoom), in the comfort of your home, at your office, at a destination retreat you may be hosting, or outside (weather permitting). Additional charges may occur, for rental and travel expenses.

Classes are 60 or 90 minutes.
Restorative Yoga and
Slowing down resets the nervous system, boosts the immune system, and increases our ability to respond to life situations. While being held in a restorative yoga pose, we engage the sense of sound and surrender into vibration.
We use props to support the body in restorative yoga positions, which helps release layers of tension, calm the nervous system, and cultivate energy restores in times of instability. The props we use include blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to support your pose comfortably. Each pose (supported by props) is held for 2-20 minutes) – with little to no effort.
This practice is deeply nurturing and restores the body’s energy levels as you are held in a supportive space.

This is combined with Energy Healing where Universal Energy moves through me and is transferred from my palms to you to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. My palms will either be placed on you or hover above you (according to your comfort level). I also like to add in some relaxing massage.
restorative yoga and
Yoga Nidra (commonly known as yogic sleep) is an ancient Tantric practice that has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia. It also reduces chronic pain, PTSD, and transforms negative habits.
You are held in a restorative yoga pose. Similar to meditation, I guide you through the layers of the subtle bodies to a place where thoughts slow down. It brings awareness to thought patterns and cultivates new purpose and invigoration.
You’ll move into a deep state of stillness where you are unconditionally supported and perhaps connect to deeper states of consciousness.
Classes are 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
1st Session = Discovery Session:
We uncover repetitive cycles in your life, discuss your goals and other influencing factors. A personalized practice will be created from this first meeting (30 min), with specific yoga postures, breathing techniques, and suggested lifestyle changes, and may include meditation, mantra, and Yoga Nidra.
2nd Session = Personal Transformation Practice:
We start with a 30-minute session outlining your protocol (including yoga, breathwork, recommended lifestyle changes, and other techniques). This is then followed by a 60-minute yoga practice.
Gentle yoga and
Have you ever felt like some of the poses don’t quite work for you in a regular group yoga class? Or perhaps you have an injury or something you are working through emotionally? Or do you need something that will kick start your journey back to Self?
Having a private yoga session is like having a personal coach you can be accountable to and someone who can adapt a practice specifically for you (your body and needs). These private sessions are a great way to deepen your practice.
The Transformative Yoga Practice is highly recommended before these sessions.
Our thoughts, experiences, and surroundings affect our energy. I use Reiki (a Japanese energy healing technique) where Universal Energy moves through me and is transferred from my palms to you to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. My palms will either be placed on you or hover above you (according to your comfort level).
I may also use crystals, sound healing, folk herbalism, and self-inquiry.
