Collecting Data

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

We’ll collect personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes. We will collect information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

When you sign up to receive our newsletters, register for an online course or training, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number.

We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

Embedded content from other websites and use of third-party services and sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We use third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Insight Timer, PayPal, Stripe, Mighty Networks, Woocommerce, Calendly, Google Docs, and social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, and Pinterest) to evaluate your use of the Websites, compile reports, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the sites and mobile and Internet usage. These third parties use cookies and other technologies to help analyze and provide us with data. By accessing and using the Websites, you consent to process data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
