💫 Endings: Connection & Letting Go 💫 Ancient spirals etched across cultures remind us of life’s cycles—birth, life, death, and rebirth—each turn carrying wisdom for new beginnings. Yet, we often overlook Turiya, the fertile space of transformation—pure consciousness that transcends and underlies these cycles. Our relationships mirror this rhythm, evolving through roles and experiences. As we move from lover to friend, student to peer, teacher to friend, or let go entirely, we release the past with gratitude, and linger in the silent potential they hold for growth. 🌿✨ Reflecting on the connections that have come full circle, I share seven insights drawn from endings and the silent space of Turiya, guiding me to honour each encounter as part of a greater journey as a yoga teacher. There is an awareness - always present, unchanging (BEING). Yet, there is a part of us that is always evolving (BECOMING).
