Resting in the Heart: Yoga Nidra for Inner Balance & Renewal

In the midst of busy lives and constant stimulation, the heart often carries more than it needs to. Resting in the Heart offers a spacious, deeply restorative pause – an opportunity to slow down, recalibrate the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance. Rooted in modern heart science and the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, this 90-minute experience gently guides the heart, breath, and mind back into harmony through supported movement and guided rest.
The workshop includes slow, accessible floor-based movement to release stress commonly held in the chest, upper back, and diaphragm, followed by an extended Yoga Nidra practiced lying down in complete comfort (similar to a guided, lying-down meditation). You’ll be invited to rest awareness in the heart area, allowing the body’s natural capacity for renewal to emerge.
This is not an emotionally intense or therapeutic session. Rather, it is a calming, and nourishing experience that supports the body’s innate ability to restore itself when given safety, time, and rest.
