  • 🌸✨ Join us for a blissful Yoga & the Bees session this Sunday, July 28th! 🌿🐝 Immerse yourself in nature’s harmony as we flow through gentle poses under a beautiful, large tree. Feel the connection to Mother Earth alongside these incredible pollinators. We practice at a safe distance but can still see them at work. 🧘‍♀️🍯 Breathe in the tranquility, exhale the stress. Let’s come together to nurture our bodies, minds, and spirits in this unique and enchanting experience. 🌞🌻 📅 Date: Sunday, July 28th ⏰ Time: 10:00 am 📍 Location: @backedbybees @ingrid._.louise will be co-teaching with Shanine (so expect cold cloths) 😉 And then enjoy a refreshing Honey Soda after class. There is an awareness - always present, unchanging (BEING). Yet, there is a part of us that is always evolving (BECOMING). Consulting the waters,
And worshiping the stars at night.
One hand to her heart,
And one touching Mother Earth.”
~ Shikoba We are not separate from nature, we are a part of nature. I will be teaching a yoga class on Sunday (June 30) at @backedbybees at 10 am (link in the bio).
We will be practicing outside, away from the bees.
After class, enjoy a Honey Soda, sample some honey, walk the pollinator path to learn about the pollinators, and sit with the bees.
