Endings: Connection & Letting Go Ancient spirals etched across cultures remind us of life’s cycles—birth, life, death, and rebirth—each turn carrying wisdom for new beginnings. Yet, we often overlook Turiya, the fertile space of transformation—pure consciousness that transcends and underlies these cycles. Our relationships mirror this rhythm, evolving through roles and experiences. As we move from lover to friend, student to peer, teacher to friend, or let go entirely, we release the past with gratitude, and linger in the silent potential they hold for growth.
