  • Perfection is effortlessness.
The Sacred is perfect.
And yet, the Sacred simply IS. My Achilles tendons and calves have always made it difficult to bring my heels down in certain yoga poses.
Baby Grasshopper (shown at the end of this video) is one of them.
And still, I find beauty in this pose (my own way), even with my heel lifted. PERFECTION IS… Borderless.
A deep acceptance.
Not flawless, but whole.
Not controlled, but deeply true.
The Sacred dancing through form,
revealing itself in every “seemingly” imperfect edge made holy. EFFORTLESSNESS IS… Moving from inner alignment.
An offering free from friction.
The Sacred flowing without resistance - whole, honest, and true. ✨ Perfection is effortlessness.   • 💫 Endings: Connection & Letting Go 💫 Ancient spirals etched across cultures remind us of life’s cycles—birth, life, death, and rebirth—each turn carrying wisdom for new beginnings. Yet, we often overlook Turiya, the fertile space of transformation—pure consciousness that transcends and underlies these cycles. Our relationships mirror this rhythm, evolving through roles and experiences. As we move from lover to friend, student to peer, teacher to friend, or let go entirely, we release the past with gratitude, and linger in the silent potential they hold for growth. 🌿✨ Reflecting on the connections that have come full circle, I share seven insights drawn from endings and the silent space of Turiya, guiding me to honour each encounter as part of a greater journey as a yoga teacher. She also gave permission to the past versions of herself that didn’t allow for rest, to finally rest. She whispered, “You are seen. You are honoured. You can rest.” ✨ Rest.   • 🌿 Honour your past renditions, the ever-changing versions of yourself, for they adorn the garden of your journey, paving the way to the beauty of your Becoming and Awakening (Remembering). 🌱✨ 🌿 Walking through the forest, I am reminded of the journey we all take. There is an awareness - always present, unchanging (BEING). Yet, there is a part of us that is always evolving (BECOMING). Many past versions of ourselves have shaped who we are today (requiring tender acceptance and reverence of all the parts that shape our soul’s journey and awakening/remembering). 🌱✨ #RitualAndRest #SacredJourney #NatureConnection #NatureHeals #JourneyWithin #SoulJourney #SacredRemembrance #SelfLove #SpiritualAwakening
