Whether you are new to meditation, feel you can’t meditate or have been practicing for a long time, this is a space for you to take time for yourself. Most of my meditations have sprinklings of silence, especially at the end, so you have moments to move deeper within.
A gentle and simple practice that cultivates a deep inner peace. In this practice, we steady the mind by anchoring it to the subtleties of the breath. This meditation and simple pranayama practice leaves you basking in stillness and harmony. There is no music so you anchor more deeply into stillness.
