Taking time to retreat away from everyday life takes us out of the familiar (situations, patterning, habits, stressors). It allows us to breathe in new inspiration and elevates us to a new way of being. Our retreats are a wonderful way to gather in community and self-reflect for profound transformation.

HALF-DAY RETREATS
Led by Shanine and Diana, these retreats offer a deep connection with nature that awakens the remembrance of our truest essence (Natura). Retreats include a tea ceremony and plant connection, a creative activity, and a restful practice (such as a fire ceremony or Restorative Yoga). Our programs nurture a sense of belonging, creativity, reflection, and empowerment. We also have an online community.
These retreats take place all year round.

3-DAY RETREATS
Led by Shanine and Eddee, these transformative weekends include hatha yoga, breathwork, hypnotherapy, yoga nidra, and elemental cleansing. They take place at the beautiful Harmony Dawn (an off-grid sanctuary) where exquisite vegan meals are prepared for us daily. We are surrounded by nature and every retreat includes a hike down to a nearby lake.
These retreats take place twice a year, every summer.
