AyurYoga retreat is a practice for you to understand the elements within the body\, and how they resonate with the natural world. Surround yourself in nature\, eat delicious and masterfully prepared food\, practice AyurYoga\, and learn Mantra chanting\, this retreat will guide you back to a balanced physical & mental state. \nHarmony Dawn is on 50 acres of rolling meadows and forests. It is completely self-sufficient and off the power grid. The country air boasts one of the highest oxygen levels in Ontario. Their scenic Rice Lake is relatively shallow\, and you are welcome to take a swim.
